>Inspiratory process

The yin and yang rotors rotate in the casing. When the tooth groove space of the rotor turns to the opening of the air inlet end wall, the outside air is sucked in and fills the rotor tooth groove space.

>Compression Process

As the rotor rotates, the air in the tooth groove space is gradually closed and moves toward the exhaust end. At the same time, due to the mutual meshing of the yin and yang rotors, the gas volume in the tooth groove gradually decreases and the pressure gradually increases, achieving gas compression.

>Oil Injection Cooling

During the compression process, lubricating oil is injected into the compression chamber. Lubricating oil not only plays a role in sealing, cooling and lubrication, but also absorbs most of the heat generated during the compression process.

>Exhaust Process

When the tooth groove space communicates with the exhaust port at the exhaust end, the compressed gas is discharged until the tooth groove space is completely emptied, completing a working cycle. The oil-injected screw air compressor continuously repeats the above process to achieve continuous suction, compression and exhaust, providing users with stable compressed air.
