In the actual production process, the maintenance of the frequency converter electrical control cabinet is essential. Let’s take a look at the daily maintenance and inspection of the inverter control cabinet.
1. Check the ambient temperature and humidity around the electrical cabinet. Use a thermometer and hygrometer to record and check whether the ambient temperature range is between -10°C~+50°C, the ambient humidity is below 90%, and whether there is any freezing.
2. Check all control cabinet equipment for abnormal vibration and noise.
3. Check whether the power supply, voltage and main circuit voltage are operating normally.
4. Check the inverter wiring, tighten the fasteners, and observe whether the components have signs of overheating.
5. Check whether the terminal block is damaged, whether the conductor is skewed, and whether the outer layer of the wire is damaged.
6. Check whether the filter capacitor leaks liquid or swells. Use a capacity tester to measure the electrostatic capacitance and it should be above 85% of the rated capacity; whether the contacts are rough or broken; check whether there are cracks in the resistor insulation and confirm whether there are any. Disconnected.
7. Check whether the output voltage of each phase is balanced when the inverter is running; perform a sequential protection action test, display, and whether the protection circuit is abnormal.
8. Check whether there are abnormal vibrations and sounds in the cooling system, and whether the connecting parts are loose.
