Servo hydraulic system failures are often diverse, which means that hydraulic system fault diagnosis is a relatively difficult technical problem.
So how should we troubleshoot hydraulic system electrical failures?
1. First, go to the site to fully understand the fault condition, ask the operator about the working conditions and abnormal phenomena before and after the equipment fails, and find out whether similar situations have occurred in the past and how they were handled.
2. On-site operation observation If the equipment can still operate, and the operation with the fault will not expand the scope of the fault, the equipment should be started, the relevant control mechanisms should be operated, the fault phenomenon and the changes in the status of each parameter should be observed, and compared and analyzed in conjunction with the situation provided by the operator.
3. Check the technical data and compare it with the fault phenomenon, check the "Hydraulic System Working Principle Diagram" and "Electrical Control Principle Diagram", and clarify the composition of the hydraulic system, the location of the fault and the working principle of the relevant parts, the structural performance of the hydraulic components, their role in the servo system and the installation position. At the same time, check the equipment technical files to see whether there have been similar or similar faults in the past, whether there have been faults that may be related to this fault, and the treatment situation, to help fault judgment.
4. Diagnose the fault Based on the working principle, combined with the investigation and understanding and the phenomena observed by yourself, make a preliminary fault judgment, and then conduct a step of inspection and testing based on this judgment, confirm or correct this judgment, until the fault is finally diagnosed.
5. During the repair implementation stage, according to the actual situation, in line with the principle of "first outside and then inside, first adjustment and then disassembly", specific measures and steps for repair work should be formulated, and repairs should be carried out in an orderly manner.
