Solution overview

Multi-axis cable arrangement equipment is used for winding and storage after material processing, which is convenient for subsequent processes. 

It is an indispensable step in the electrical industry, cable industry, and textile industry. The market potential is huge.


Industry Status:

Purely mechanical mechanism, accessories vary according to product specifications, mechanical wear causes the accuracy 

of the product to decrease in the later stage, and accessories need to be stocked


Due to the large number of servo axes, the number of pulse output ports of the upper computer first requires an objective number of upper computers, which is costly


The solution launched by Sine Electric uses the solution to be integrated into the servo. The solution can be completed by modifying the parameters 

according to different specifications of the servo. It does not depend on the control of the host computer. Multiple axes can run independently 

and multiple axes can be connected through RS485 communication.

Equipment introduction

Host: Asynchronous motor controls the slitting machine to cut the material into strips, and through EM100: PID to adjust the mechanical tension to control the tension, 

stable rewinding and unwinding, and multi-axis servo to discharge and store materials

Solution composition

It consists of three parts: touch screen, rewinding and unwinding feedback system, and cable arrangement system;

▶ Touch screen: Set cable parameters and frequency converter parameters through process requirements, and monitor system operating status

▶ The rewinding and unwinding system is composed of EM100, angle sensor, tension spring, 200W or 400W asynchronous motor, 

which is responsible for the stable operation of rewinding and unwinding, solving the problem of stable incoming materials, and controlling the product’s ductility. Stable control of tension

▶ EA180 series servos, encoders, proximity switches, modules or screw guide rails form a cable system, 

and the servo is responsible for processing the encoder data for cable operations

Solution advantages

▶Automatic cable winding can complete the winding of rectangular, circular, and oblong coils; it has the characteristics of unwinding, 

automatic width adjustment, and stable starting of unwinding;

▶The independent cable system can be applied to round wire and flat wire respectively, and the cable speed is synchronized 

with the winding machine, and can also be adjusted separately (due to the change of wire diameter);

▶The transmission of the whole machine is stable, the wiring is neat, the precision is high, the noise is low, and the wire diameter width is 0.8-20mm;

▶It can be completed according to different processes: inching, spiral;

▶The reduction of material indentation according to different material requirements includes inching + repeated turns, origin setting (absolute value can be set freely), 

texture can be changed according to different process requirements, and stacking between products can be reduced to reduce indentation. Reduce defective rate
