The first lesson on debugging of EM730 series inverters

The EM730 series inverter is a high-reliability, small-sized general-purpose inverter launched by Sine Electric: EM730 supports three-phase AC asynchronous machines, EM730 permanent magnet non-standard supports permanent magnet synchronous motors; supports multiple drive control technologies - vector VF control technology (VVF) and speed sensorless vector control technology (SVC); supports two output forms of speed and torque, supports Wi-Fi access function and background software debugging function.


01 Main circuit wiring

The main circuit terminals of EM730 series inverter are composed of the following:

Three-phase AC power input terminals: R, S, T

Earth terminal block:Symbol-1.png

DC bus terminals:Symbol-2.png

Energy consumption braking resistor connection terminal: PB,

Motor terminals: U, V, W

02 Introduction to keyboard composition and functions

The EM730 series inverter control panel is a pluggable LED keyboard. The LED keyboard has a five-digit LED digital tube display, four operation buttons, a digital potentiometer, and six status and unit indicators. Users can perform parameter setting, status monitoring, start-stop operation and other operations on the inverter through the keyboard.
