Sine Electric's fully automatic CNC steel hoop bending machine solution consists of a touch screen (HMI), programmable controller (PLC), servo driver, and sensor.
Touch screen (HMI): Mainly responsible for data display and settings, and displaying steel bar data graphically.
Programmable controller (PLC): Responsible for bending the steel bars into shape according to the written program according to the data set by the touch screen (HMI).
Servo drive: accepts and executes instructions from a programmable controller (PLC).
Fully closed-loop servo PG card: The wire feeding servo axis uses a PG card to achieve fully closed-loop control, and the actual position is fed back in real time by the encoder of the wire feeding mechanism.

1.The servo motor can adapt to the frequent start and stop mode during the material feeding process of the hoop bending machine, and can achieve control of the processing accuracy of plus or minus 1 mm.
2.Large low-frequency torque, fast dynamic response, smooth start without impact, controllable load current, and strong overload capability to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment;
3. Real-time feedback on the position of the steel bars and high processing accuracy enable the product to ensure good consistency and low scrap rate.
