According to the characteristics of the high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor of the direct-drive screw pump, 

combined with the technological requirements in the working process of the screw pump.

The direct drive screw pump all-in-one machine designed and produced based on Sine Electric’s EM500-CQ direct drive screw pump dedicated inverter 

can realize vector control without speed feedback sensor and reduce the occurrence of abnormal failure of the screw pump caused by sensor failure. 

At the same time, it can realize the function of large torque starting current limit, automatic unloading after parking and other functions. 

Maximize the efficiency of the screw pump and improve the reliability and safety of the use process. At present,

Solution Advantage

Automatic torque release at stop:

When stopping, it automatically detects the counter torque of the screw, so that the counter torque can be released slowly under control. 

Even in the state of abnormal parking (including sudden power failure), the torque can be reduced to "0", 

and the energy can be safely released to avoid The screw is damaged to ensure production safety.


Low frequency high torque:

The speed range is wide, the control precision is high, and the permanent magnet synchronous motor open-loop vector control starting torque is 2Hz/200%.


Track start:

When the screw pump is driven to rotate automatically by downhole pressure, it can automatically track the current speed 

and then execute the set start command to ensure smooth start without damage to the equipment.


Automatic cleaning mode:

When a well flushing operation is detected, the pumping speed is automatically adjusted to avoid failure of other components 

due to low speed and long-term heating of the braking resistor.


Torque protection function:

Calculate the current torque in real time, and automatically protect if it exceeds the set value.


High reliability:

Built-in DC reactor to improve grid adaptability and power factor. Capable of wave-by-wave current limiting, greatly reducing the number of skipped flow protections
