Operation Steps
1. Parameter Setting
Set Quantity - Set Speed - Set Bag Length: Enter the target bag length, and the system will automatically calculate the cam curve (to ensure bag-making accuracy).
2. Startup and Automatic Operation
One-button Start: After completing parameter settings, the machine will automatically start.
Automatic Operation (Continuous Feeding, Tracing Heat Sealing, Tracing Bag Cutting, PID Unwinding): The machine enters fully automated mode, completing the entire process from feeding, heat sealing, bag cutting, to unwinding.
3. Stoppage (Two Scenarios)
When Quantity Reached: When the production quantity meets the set value, the machine automatically decelerates and stops.
Premature Stop Request: To terminate production prematurely, press the Stop button to manually stop the machine.
