Equipment Introduction

This fully automatic rotary bagging packaging machine integrates material metering, filling, sealing, and canning functions. It can be used in the food, pharmaceutical, and daily chemical industries.

Parametric programming: Stores over 200 recipes and supports one-click switching of product specifications.

Utilizing a servo control system, synchronized control algorithms for bag receiving, opening, and unfolding achieve millisecond-level coordinated movements with a control accuracy of ±0.5mm.

SINEE Solution Introduction

SINEE plastic packaging machine solution comprises a core control system consisting of a SINEE HMI, SM200 series PLC, and EA series servo systems. The PLC implements automated process management, supports automatic mode, and integrates fault self-diagnosis features such as out-of-tolerance alarms, automatic zeroing, and drop correction.

Operational Procedure:

1. Power on the machine and enter the operation interface on the touchscreen.

2. Load bags and materials, set the production quantity, and press the start button.

3. The machine automatically completes the steps of feeding and clamping bags, gripping the bags, opening the bags, unfolding the bags, injecting materials, heating and sealing, and finally discharging the finished products.

Solution Functional Advantages

1. High Speed and High Precision

High Speed: EtherCAT's extremely short communication cycle (typically<1ms) allows the servo drive to receive commands at a very high frequency, enabling near-perfect synchronization between multiple servo axes. This significantly improves machine cycle time and significantly increases the number of bags packed per minute.

High Precision: The electronic cam curve is defined by a mathematical function, eliminating mechanical backlash, wear, and deformation. Bag opening positioning, sealing time control, and cutter position are all extremely precise, ensuring consistent and aesthetically pleasing sealing quality and eliminating waste such as missed or cut bags due to inaccurate positioning.

2. Flexibility and Flexible Production: Advantages of Bus-Based Electronic Cams over Mechanical Cams

One-Click Changeover: When changing product specifications (such as bag length or bag shape), the operator simply taps the touchscreen to call up a preset recipe, and all servo axis positions and electronic cam profiles automatically switch. The entire process is completed in tens of seconds.

"Unlimited" Cam Profiles: A single electronic system can store thousands of different cam profiles, easily handling complex and non-standard motion profile requirements, something that limited mechanical cam discs cannot achieve.

Significantly Reduced Downtime: Rapid changeovers significantly improve overall equipment efficiency, making it particularly suitable for flexible production of high-variety, small-batch products.
